Sav’Or convenience food products undergo a heat treatment including rapid frying – about 20 seconds – followed by hot air baking in a special oven and ending by a quick freezing operation.
When intended to final clients, the convenience food products are sized/weighted and packed in special multilayer PET bags, provided with zipper sealing systems, that provide the perfect sealing of the product after opening the bag; the products proposed to the clients in the hotel-restaurant-catering industry are sized/weighted in gastro bags, of various weights, according to their specific requirements.
Convenience food can be served in a very short time: they are just heated in a microwave or in any other cooker oven; the cooking information is provided on the bags.
